River Town Retrievers specializes in Retriever Training. We also provide Obedience Training and Boarding services.
River Town Retrievers is owned and operated by Leo and Michelle Joseph in Natchez, MS along the bluff of the Mississippi River.
River Town Retrievers was formed in 2016 with the goal of producing great gundogs. We started out training hunting dogs and running UKC hunt tests. With continued growth, we ventured
more into the competitive world and set our sights on being a top competitor in the Super Retriever Series. To get there, we needed to build dogs that had great foundations and experience in multiple venues. Since that time, we have competed in just about every venue and now have a team of trainers with specialized skills in each.
Our Trainers
River Town Retrievers' training team consists of four trainers who work together to maximize each dog’s potential. The wide array of training techniques and skills this team employs and the variety of events we participate in truly gives every dog an opportunity to excel.
